Returns & Exchanges

At Vaccari Boots, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage to the boot box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Process

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
